Thanks to donations to Peter’s Pence and other collections it has been possible to carry out projects that bring in a direct way the closeness and help of Pope Francis to so many people around the world suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic. The various institutions that help the Pope in his charitable work have brought humanitarian and health assistance to areas most severely affected by the pandemic or with fewer means to fight it. Through the local Churches, they have found new ways to bring the consolation of the Word of God and necessary material aid everywhere. New donations make it possible to continue this aid.
